Become a WWYD Partner
We’re seeking leading consultants, trainers and coaches to enable as many businesses as possible to benefit from What Would You Do?.

Our Mission

By 31st December 2020, we will have helped 1,000 businesses to unlock potential by upskilling their managers through the fun, engaging and impactful gamified learning experience of WWYD.

Our Why

We believe that managers underperform, not by choice but through self-imposed or organisational constraints. They can’t get out of their own way. Managers are the ‘jelly layer’ of an organisation, often conflicted and caught between doing the right thing by senior management and their teams.

Our What

What Would You Do? is a unique gamified learning experience which blends together game mechanics, peer-assisted learning and psychological safety. It presents managers with scenarios to safely discuss, debate and decide the best course of action before reflecting and publicly declaring what they would do when faced with a given situation.

Our How

What Would You Do? creates a safe environment for ‘big conversations’ where managers can prepare themselves to handle the range of everyday issues and situations they find themselves in.

FAQs

Does What Would You Do? really work?

Yes, absolutely – the results are proven. We first developed it in conjunction with one of our clients who needed a training tool to help develop their managers. Since then, it has been used across many different businesses: housing associations, the world’s largest car seat manufacturer, a leading food manufacturer and a leading aerospace manufacturer, among others. Following the official launch in spring 2018, dozens more businesses have approached us about using WWYD in their workplaces.

Don’t just take our word for it, though – here are just some examples of the feedback we’ve had.

Frances Clancy, Peabody’s head of learning and organisational development, says: “We bought ‘What Would You Do?’ because it’s fun, easy to use and when you make it enjoyable and memorable, learning sticks.”

Sonia Belfield at manufacturing firm Adient is another happy customer. She says: “We now have a solution to our management training needs which is cost-effective, engaging, and has the flexibility to fit around our operational needs. It also has longevity as it can be repeated again and again, with different teams and dynamics.

Why should I get involved?

WWYD is a great tool to add to your portfolio when working with your clients. It has been developed to suit businesses of all sizes and across all sectors, so it’s a flexible solution which you can use in a range of situations.

As a consultant, coach or trainer, you can use it as part of the work you’re already doing with your clients. We’re not asking you to change the work you’re currently doing: we respect your experience and expertise, along with the results you achieve. This is simply a new, cutting-edge option which you can add to your toolbox.

What’s in it for me?

The main attraction of WWYD to you is the addition of a new resource to help your clients. However, we also want to ensure there’s a direct benefit to you when you join us. We’re so confident in the impact of WWYD that we’re prepared to put our money where our mouth is: for every game taken by one of your clients we will pay you £1,000 finder’s fee.
