On 11 June 2015, Domino became an autonomous division of Brother Industries Limited. Domino asked Thinking Focus to design a Global Leadership Programme for 15 specially selected leaders from around their business. Domino Leadership and HR identified three major areas of focus: Personal Effectiveness & Impact, Team Leadership & Vision and Managing Change.

We custom-built a programme that not only focused on the theory, but challenged the leaders to apply their learnings to real-life business projects. These projects included: Increasing consumables sales, delivering a channel market improvement plan and building a collaborative product to solution strategy.

After an intensive three-day workshop, company leaders broke into smaller groups. They were given 90 days to use their Thinking Focus toolkit and sink their teeth into their projects. After a highly productive 90 day period, we asked each group to present their findings with the Executive management team and their peers.




Reporting back to the Exec at the 90-day review point the delegates in their combined projects had used the Thinking Focus toolkit to identify £24m of potential new revenues and £1m of potential savings.

Domino & Thinking Focus are now in the process of rolling out the programme to another 45 up & coming leaders from around the Domino world. This will further equip the leadership population with the tools needed to meet the challenges of a fast-paced growing business and to deliver further measurable results for the business as a direct consequence of the programme.
